The next great trailer
Could be yours.

Open worldwide to people at least 18 years old and at or above the age of majority where they live, wherever participation and receipt of a US-dollar cash prize are lawful. Void where prohibited; sanctions and payment restrictions apply. The sponsor, judges and their immediate families are not eligible. One account per entrant.

There is no calendar deadline. The first 25 eligible trailers from 25 different creators form this $5,000 prize round. Each person or team may hold one spot, using their earliest eligible trailer. Server submission time controls the order, with entry ID breaking exact timestamp ties. Eligibility review must resolve earlier pending submissions before the round is locked. Sponsor examples do not count. If fewer than 25 eligible creators participate, judging has not started and no award date is scheduled. No separate entry fee; creating source material can require Creator Tokens at the displayed prices. There is no purchase-based judging advantage.

Create an original 30–90-second trailer in any genre. Halloween/horror is optional. All image and video material must be generated on Insert Fun Here. You may use CapCut or other editing programs to assemble, trim, color-grade, add transitions, titles and voiceover to your trailer. All generated images and videos must still come from Insert Fun Here. Music must be your original work, public-domain material, or properly licensed for contest entry and public sharing. Copyrighted music without permission is not allowed. A track being available inside an editing app does not automatically establish permission for this contest; keep proof of any required license. You must hold the necessary rights and permissions, including likeness rights. No unlawful, hateful, exploitative or otherwise prohibited content.

Upload an MP4/WebM trailer up to 50 MB, or submit a public or unlisted YouTube link, title, synopsis, genre, runtime, country and all source creation records on this page. Keep the video playable and source records available through verification. No email or social-only entries. Additional distinct trailers may be posted to the showcase but do not reserve extra prize-round spots. After the 25-entry round locks, all new submissions are showcase-only; duplicates, near-identical reposts, stolen work, multiple-account farming and false source records may be disqualified. Submissions receive an eligibility review before public display. Gallery approval is not a prize or a final eligibility decision.

First place: $3,000 USD. Second: $1,500 USD. Third: $500 USD. Maximum one cash prize per person or team. The sponsor will judge eligible entries on story and hook (40%), originality (30%) and execution (30%). Ties are resolved by story score, then originality, then execution; if still tied, the earlier valid submission wins. Likes, followers, spending and number of entries do not add points.

Judging begins when 25 eligible creators have qualified and the round is locked. The start date will appear on this page. Selected winners will be contacted through their verified account email within 30 days of that date and must respond within 14 days. Identity, age, eligibility, rights and source records must be verified before award. If a selected entrant is ineligible or does not respond, the next highest-scoring eligible entry may be selected. Payment will be arranged within 30 days after verification, using a lawful mutually available payment method. Winners are responsible for applicable taxes. No prize is promised to every entrant; fewer than three eligible distinct entrants may result in fewer awards.

You retain ownership of your work. By entering, you allow Insert Fun Here to display your submitted trailer, title, synopsis and public profile in the contest gallery and contest promotion with credit. Source prompts, private Library files, email and verification information are not published. Verification information is accessible only to you and authorized owner administration. Do not submit confidential material in your public trailer or synopsis.

The eligible creator with the most qualifying original Library image/video posts in each 14-day round wins 500 Chakra. Rounds run consecutively from October 1, 2026 at 12:00 AM Central Time: October 1–14, October 15–28, October 29–November 11, and every 14 days thereafter. Each ends immediately before the next starts. The leaderboard resets for each round, but earned Chakra does not reset. Each creation counts once across all rounds, based on its first community post. Reposts, edits, replies, plain-text posts, spam, removed/ineligible material and copied work do not add entries. Posting limits and normal community rules still apply.

If counts tie, the creator who reached their final qualifying count first wins. Any exact timestamp tie is resolved by the earliest first qualifying post. Counts are provisional until sponsor review. The winner will be announced after verification; Chakra is credited to their account and has no cash value. This is separate from the cash trailer contest.

The sponsor may reject entries that break these rules, request source evidence, and correct technical errors. Entries are not guaranteed to upload successfully; check My entries for confirmation and prize-round status. The sponsor may make necessary changes for fraud, security or events outside its control, with notice on this page. No guaranteed winnings or guaranteed promotional placement beyond approved gallery display. Questions or disputes should be raised with the sponsor before judging concludes.
