Insert Fun Here is operated by Christopher Eric Kimble. Contact: kimblebuilders@gmail.com. Effective September 26, 2026. These terms describe use of the website and its connected tools, subject to rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
Accounts and acceptable use
Provide accurate account information and protect your sign-in credentials. Use the service only where you are legally permitted to do so. Do not misuse accounts, bypass access controls, manipulate rewards, infringe others’ rights or submit unlawful content. Only upload material you have the rights and any necessary consent to use.
Your content
You retain the rights you have in your inputs. You permit us and the providers needed for your request to store and process that content to deliver the service. Posting makes the selected content publicly visible. AI outputs may be inaccurate, similar to other outputs or subject to third-party rights. No guarantee of copyright protection, exclusivity or fitness for a particular purpose is made.
Creator Tokens
Creator Token packs are one-time purchases. New subscriptions are not currently offered. The generation cost is shown before submission. Tokens are service credits, not currency, investments or a right to cash redemption. Generation charges and eligible failed-job restorations are recorded in your account. If a payment or generation is incorrect, contact support with the relevant transaction or creation identifier. Statutory refund rights remain unaffected.
Generations and availability
Generation time and availability depend on the model and provider. Successful delivery within a fixed time is not guaranteed. Requests may be rejected for unsupported inputs or content restrictions. Check your Library and queue after a connection interruption before submitting the same request again.
Connected tools
Connecting ChatGPT authorizes the account access described on the consent page and in our privacy policy. The connection can prepare requests but cannot approve its own paid generation. You must review and confirm on the website. ChatGPT access and usage limits are controlled by OpenAI. The service is not endorsed by OpenAI.
Community, rewards and contests
Community participation and rewards are subject to the published eligibility rules and limits. Duplicate or abusive activity may not qualify. Contest eligibility, deadlines, judging and prizes are governed by each contest’s separate rules. Neither rewards nor contest entries guarantee earnings.
Service changes and support
We may change or suspend features to maintain the service or address misuse. Contact us about account closure, access or billing disputes. Any limitation of liability applies only to the extent permitted by law; these terms do not exclude non-waivable consumer rights.
