Privacy Policy
Who operates this service
Insert Fun Here is operated by Christopher Eric Kimble. For privacy questions, access requests, corrections or deletion requests, contact kimblebuilders@gmail.com. Effective September 27, 2026.
Information we process
We process account details such as email and display name; profile information you supply; prompts, reference uploads, generated media and creation settings; community posts and interactions; token balances, reward records and payment identifiers. Stripe processes payment details. We do not receive your full payment-card number.
Why we use it
We use this information to sign you in, operate your Library, perform requested generations, process payments and rewards, display content you choose to post, respond to support requests and investigate errors or abuse. Private creations are not displayed on public profiles unless you post them. Authorized owner administration can inspect records to operate and support the service.
Service providers and sharing
Netlify hosts the service, Supabase supports authentication, database and file storage, and Stripe processes payments. Generation requests and the references needed for them are sent to the configured generation provider, including fal.ai or Higgsfield depending on the model. Their processing is subject to their own policies. Public posts and profile content are visible to other visitors. External video players and links use their respective services.
ChatGPT connection
Connecting your account allows the approved ChatGPT connection to retrieve your display name, token balance, Chakra, owned creations, prompts, settings and saved references, and prepare generation requests. Only the task data sent through the connection is processed; the integration does not request your entire chat history. Paid generation requires a separate confirmation on Insert Fun Here. Information returned to ChatGPT is processed under OpenAI’s policies. You can revoke the connection on the connection page or in ChatGPT. Already-issued access tokens can remain valid until they expire.
Storage and analytics
Authentication and local browser storage support sign-in, saved preferences and referral attribution. Site analytics record page paths, referrer domains, visitor/session identifiers and selected activity such as checkout starts. Signed-in activity can be associated with the account. The analytics tracker respects the browser’s Global Privacy Control signal. Hosting and service providers may also maintain operational logs.
Welcome-offer abuse prevention
Cloudflare Turnstile checks signup activity for bots. Cloudflare processes browser and network signals for this security check. We store a random browser identifier locally and retain hashed network and browser identifiers with welcome-offer verification records to limit repeated claims and investigate abuse. Temporary email domains are screened for offer eligibility. A shared device alone does not automatically disqualify someone. Verification records are restricted to server administration.
Retention and your controls
Account, Library and reference records have no automatic expiry and are retained while stored in your account, until deleted or a deletion request is fulfilled. You can delete supported media through the Library and edit or withdraw supported public content. Payment, security, reward and duplicate-prevention records may be retained after content removal for accounting, dispute handling and abuse prevention; these records currently have no scheduled automatic deletion. Copies in provider logs and backups follow those providers’ retention practices. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion, including account deletion. Legal obligations may require retention of some records.
Security and changes
We use authenticated access controls to protect private account data. No online system guarantees complete security. Do not upload sensitive identity, financial or medical documents as generation references. This policy may be updated as the service changes; the effective date identifies the current version.
